Pinnacle HR Consulting, LLC needs a part-time, experienced human resource professional with one or more years of consulting experience and five or more years of hands-on human resources experience. This is not a junior-level or executive-level opportunity. This is a W-2 opportunity, but we will consider qualified independent 1099 professionals.


Qualified professionals will have experience working in a fast-paced turnaround/recovery environment and must be comfortable finding solutions and producing positive outcomes in ambiguous situations. Proficiency in managing ADP Workforce Now and multiple benefits vendors in a dispersed workforce is required. This opportunity also requires experience with Deltek and CostPoint.

We estimate an average of one day on-site per week with our Client in northeast Washington, DC.  

The salary is $96 to $101K, prorated based on an agreed-upon schedule.
