Description

We are looking for a part-time Associate Human Resources Consultant! This position is a remote work from anywhere in the United States employment opportunity.

Essential Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of federal and state requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources activities.
  • Research and provide accurate data to develop employee benefits, paid leave programs, HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, employee surveys, etc.
  • Determine cloud-based electronic file infrastructure, set up and maintain client files, and documents.
  • Review candidate resumes, conduct MS-Teams pre-screen interviews, document interview notes, and coordinate 2nd round interviews.
  • Process accurate and timely client payroll; produce related payroll reports.
  • Develop methods and procedures to compile and analyze human resources.
  • Conduct and document HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, federal and state regulations.
  • Create customized training presentations for behavioral interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, sexual harassment, HR Management, etc.
  • Answer routine questions and respond in a timely manner.
  • Respond to prospective clients and schedule introductory meetings.
  • Update and maintain accurate information in Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Prepare proposal letters and service agreements.
  • Run ADP Timecard Detail reports, produce monthly client invoices.
  • Maintain and update Pinnacle HR electronic employee files.
  • Manage individual professional development.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars.
  • Perform additional consulting services as assigned.

 

Here are the qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, communications, organizational development or related field from an accredited college or university. Three (3) years of related experience in at least three (3) HR disciplines: employee relations, compensation, compliance, recruitment and staffing, employment law, HR policy and procedure, performance management, training and development, organizational design, conflict resolution; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity. Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and background check.

 

  • HRCI, SHRM, or CEBS certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Teams, and related cloud-based platforms .
